Steve’s Meat Market is a United States Department of Agriculture, inspected facility. We are also proud to be Animal Welfare Certified, for the humane practices we follow in the treatment and harvesting of the hundreds of locally raised Beef, Bison, Pork, Lamb and Goat we process every month.
Steve’s Meat Market offers custom processing of Beef, Bison, Hogs, Lamb and Goat. Our expert team will consult with you and process your order accordingly.
On Saturday mornings we have an open air “live” market. Farmers will bring Beef, Lamb, Goats and Hogs for you to purchase from them directly and have processed on site.
Steve’s Meat Market also offers custom smoking in our walk in smoker. As a standard, we smoke with hickory for a delicious result. Our bacon and ham is cured in brown sugar and lightly smoked.
Our beef sides are locally raised Angus, Hereford or Hereford/Angus cross, ages 14-21 days to maximize flavor and tenderness. You may order a whole, side, front quarter or back quarter. We will consult with you about our standard processing and notate your special instructions.
Locally raised hogs are availably whole, or half. If you are interested in a particular breed, please call ahead so we may check availability with local farmers.
While Steve’s Meat Market can offer you pre-processed New Zealand Lamb and Goat, we are known for offering the much higher quality, locally raised Lamb and Goat. You may orde4r whole of custom processed.
